Refund policy

All sales are final. As a print-on-demand brand, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges — each item is made to order specifically for you.

However, we've got you covered if something goes wrong:

• Damaged or defective items — If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
• Wrong item received — If we sent the wrong product or size, we'll make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.
• Sizing issues — Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
