Refund policy
Overview At BiG DeaL Brand & Essentials, we take pride in delivering premium quality products. Because our items are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds outlined below.
Exchanges We accept size exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at bigdeal1937@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Return Labels & QR Code Option For your convenience, our prepaid return labels include a QR code that you can present at the carrier location — no printer needed. Simply show the QR code on your phone and the carrier will scan and print the label for you.
Refunds Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items As a print-on-demand brand, all items are made specifically for you. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections outside of our exchange window.
